Sir,
          Reference cited above, the Central Executive Committee request your kind attention and necessary direction to all the factories to Grant the increase allowance for Reimbursement of expenditure incurred on purchase of Brief case/Official Bag/ladies purse for central Government employees.
As per 7th CPC recommendation No-8.17.5 Page no.-336 it is recommended that Central Government employees are entitled to reimbursement of expenditure incurred on purchase of Brief case/Official Bag/ladies purse of Rs-3500/- to GP- 4200 to GP 4600 and Rs 4000/- to GP 4800 to GP 6600 and is accepted by Gazette of India Notification No- 169 Dated- 6th July 2017 vide reference No-2 in Sl No.- 19 in Annexure-II.
    Therefore, the central Executive Committee requests your earliest intervention and necessary direction to all the factories for granting revise rate of reimbursement of Brief case/Official Bag/ladies to officers of Ordnance Factories.

Sir,
          Reference cited above, the Central Executive Committee request your kind attention and necessary direction to all the factories to increase the Ceiling limit for reimbursement of Cost of Newspaper & Magazine at the residence of Officers as discussed in the Periodical meeting of Association with Member/Personnel on 13/10/2017 at OFB.

    It is brought to your kind notice that, reimbursement of the cost of Newspaper & Magazine is still continued in all the Factories as per old rate vide reference No- I in which Group B Gazetted Officers are eligible to get Rs-85/-(Eighty five Rupees) only. As per Reference No-II, the rates have been revised and Office order has been published only at OFB but not in Factories W.E.F May 2016. As per the revised rate Group B Gazetted Officers are eligible to get Rs 200/- (Two Hundred Rupees) per month towards reimbursement of Newspaper & Magazine.                  

Therefore, the central Executive Committee request your earliest intervention and necessary direction to all the factories to revise the new rate of Reimbursement of Cost of Newspaper and Magazine at par with OFB please.
