 Sub: MACP option to the JWMs those are placed in 4800 GP ( Level-8) for 10

          years without considering promotion to new post of JWM(SG)-Reg

       

Sir,                                    

          As per Gazette notification, one new post in JWM (SG) in Level- 08 has to be created and to be placed in Level- 08(4800 GP as per 6^th CPC). It is brought to your kind notice that, many JWMs are already placed in 4800 GP (Level-08) w.e.f 01/01/2008 and are eligible to get MACP to 5400 GP in level-9. If the new post is introduced during this period and to be treated as promotion to the above JWMs, then they may not get the 2^nd MACP benefit which will have a bigger financial loss.    

Therefore, the central Executive Committee request your kind intervention and further necessary action to give option to the JWMs those are completing 10 years’ service in 4800 GP(Level-8) to choose for MACP option instead of promotion to new post.
