The Central Executive Committee of
this Association directed the undersigned to bring the followings regarding
discrepancy in filling of post of AWM (JTS) for your kind intervention and
necessary action at the earliest please.
It is observed that there are
discrepancies in filling to JTS post from Promotion and Direct Recruited Quota from
the year 2000 onwards. OFB has not strictly adhered to the DOP&T Order vide
above reference on maintaining vacancy register and filling of JTS post through
Direct Recruitment and Promotion from
JWM as a result more DR JTS was Filled during the period.
Therefore, this association requests you to furnish the copy of the Vacancy Register in the format as mentioned in Ministry
of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and
Training OM No 350114/2/80-Estt(D) Dt 07/02/1986 for every year from 2000 to 2015 at the earliest for clarification on
discrepancy of filling to the post of JTS.
