on Cadre Review
Dear friends,
It is observed
that IOFGOA is misleading about the Cadre Review of JWMs in all the branches.
Branch Office Bearers of IOFGOA are putting blame that. as NDNGSA was trying to
keep four grade structures, NDGBGOA has made three grade structures in JWM
cadre.
This allegation by IOFGOA is nothing but to change the
mindset of the members.
Dear friends, IOFGOA always tells we are the 1st
Association in Ordnance Factories which commands more than 70% membership in
Ordnance Factories, how one small Association with less membership can make any
decision in OF BOARD? When both the Association was sitting in the meeting, in the
beginning why IOFGOA accept the proposal without any comments? From the above,
every member can know about the politics of IOFGOA.
Apart from the above General Secretary of
IOFGOA misleading to our office bearers and Branch members that only one
Association will work in this cadre and they are misguiding our members for
merging of Association.
Dear friends, all are aware that
IOFGOA has put a court case at CAT, JABALPUR asking 4800 Grade
Pay for JWM which was dismissed by the CAT. As per their views getting 4800
Grade pay is a big thing for JWMs. By comparing with the view of IOFGOA OFB was
put up this proposal.
NDGBGOA has submitted Cadre Review
Proposal for 5400 Grade Pay and 6600 Grade Pay in PB-III for JWM Cadre in a
Justified manner and approached Ministry as well as OF BOARD by which Cadre
Restructure meeting was held. NDGBGOA has sent the cadre review proposal copy
to IOFGOA for their support but IOFGOA has not opened their views and till date
they are silent about the future prospects of JWM cadre. If at all IOFGOA is
not satisfied in this proposal why they are not giving in writing to withdraw
the proposal as they commands more membership.
NDGBGOA has confirmed followings from OFB on cadre review of
JWMs.
1-
JWM (SG II) and JWM (SG I) will be non
functional up gradation which will not affect the MACP to reach Grade
pay of 5400(PBIII) within 10 years of services.
2-
Instead of waiting for 10 years,
one JWM can reach to 5400(PB II) within 5-6 years (non Functional up
gradation).
3-
In the next meeting NDGBGOA will demand for promotion of JWM (SG- I) to
WM (6600 GP) instead of AWM which may solve our problem to some extent.
Office bearers Meeting of NDGBGOA will be held on 15-04-2014 at
O.F.Ambajhary (Nagpur) regarding cadre review and proposal for 7th
CPC. Decision will be taken for further course of action.
All are requested to go through this
circular and inform our members accordingly..

ALWAYS TRIES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES NOT LIKE IOFGOA THOSE HAVE MADE THE MERGING
AND COULD NOT ANSWER ABOUT OUR NATURE OF WORK AND FINANCIAL BENEFIT.AFTER
MERGING, NDGBGOA HAS TAKEN UP THE CASE (OA no-1763/2013) ON
NATURE OF WORK AND FINANCIAL BENEFIT OF JWMs IN HONORABLE CAT, CHENNAI AND
WAITING FOR THE FINAL VERDICT WITHIN VERY SHORT PERIOD. The next hearing of the case is on 3rd
June 2014.
