Sub: Promotion from JWM to AWM Cadre – Reg
Respected Sir,
The Central Executive Committee of
this Association requests your kind intervention and necessary action for
promotion of JWM to AWM which is pending for the last three years.
Sir, it is brought to your kind notice that
all the promotion in Ordnance factory Board are being Operated except promotion
from JWm to AWM for the last three Years. Many senior JWMs were fully
demoralised and also some of them are retired without getting promotion to JTS (AWM)
Post. This is a clear ignorance of OFB towards a single cadre in Ordnance
Factories Organisation.
Sir, this Association has
taken up this matter time and again in all the forum of OFB and MOD, but it is
not resolved for the last three years.
Central Executive Committee requests your
earliest intervention and necessary action for promoting JWM to AWM at par with
other cadre in the Organisation.
