Today on 29/10/2015,at 1150Hrss NDGBGOA Office Bearers met Honorable Defence Minister and discussed following cadre related points and organisational points. For each point separate letters was submitted for his kind intervention and necessary action.
1. CADRE REVIEW- In this regard honorable RM given assurance to complete the proposal as soon as the proposal recieved from OFB.
2. INCREMENTAL BENEFIT- In this regard TODAY ON 29/10/2015 MOD HAS FAXED LETTER TO OFBOARD for publishing the order and granting the benefit at the earliest.
3. HONORARIUM OR INCENTIVES FOR GROUP B GAZETTED OFFICER - In this regard Honorable RM replied for consideration.
4. GRIVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM FOR GROUP B GAZETTED CADRE- In this regard one letter was submitted to Honorable RM.
5. DELIBERATE TRANSFER BY OFB- In this regard Honorable RM collected all the detail information and given assurance for looking into the whole matter.
6. PINAKA MARK II ORDER TO PRIVATE INDUSTRIES by DRDO- In this regard GENERAL SECRETARY explained to honorable DEFENCE MINISTER that, recently PINAKA product has been given for production to private agency by DRDO. PINAKA is an established product by Ordnance factories and same was produced by Ordnance Factory,ITARSI with comparatively lower cost than private agency. But, this time DRDO has placed the order to Solar Explosives,Nagpur which will be more expensive for MoD.
In this regard, HONORABLE RM told that he will enquire the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
7. Review on the earlier points for which meeting was granted to NDGBGOA at MOD on 24/09/2015- HONORABLE RM told that all the points which was taken in the last meeting are well taken by JS/LS. and corrective action will be taken within short time.
