MINUTES OF MEETING WHICH WAS HELD ON 08-08-2013 AT OFFICE OF THE JS(P&C)/MoD,NEW DELHI

After getting Govt. Recognition NDGBGO Association was asked appointment with Hon’ble JS(P&C)/MoD,New Delhi, to discuss the Group’B’ cadre related issues. Accordingly, the undersigned with other office Bearers visited to office of JS (P&C) MoD,New Delhi on 08-08-2013 and discussed the following cadre related matters.
Dear Members, NDGBGOA raised the following cadre related issues and JS(P&C)(MoD) assured that she will short out the Group’B’ cadre related problems.

General Secretary/NDGBGOA requested JS(P&C)/MoD,New Delhi to conduct Joint Meeting between O.F.Board and Group ’B’ Associations in presence of JS(MoD) so that long pending issues sorted out otherwise no solution come out. Since O.F.Board is not serious to sort out the Group’B’ cadre related issues.
Point No.1 : To Implement Ralegunkar Cadre Review Committee’s Report with modification of Recommendation and Grade Pay.
Reply of JS :- JS replied, that the factual position had not known about Cadre Review by the MOD.
Then General Secretary submitted the representation and report copy to JS. JS assured that the this matter will be discussed with Chairman/OFB and other officials.GS/NDGBGOA has strongly protested for creation of JWM(SG) post in Rs. 4800/-..
Point No.2: Reinstating of the Cancelled Transfer Orders of JWM’s.
Reply of JS:- JS told that MOD had asked comments from O.F.Board and this matter she will be discussed in O.F.Board Meeting with Board Officials and insist the OFB for initiating the suitable action in this regard.
Point No.3: To Increase Promotional Post for AWM post. Since after merging Post JWM strength is 7790 whereas Promotional Post AWM vacancies is only185. Hence vacancies of AWM to be increased.
Reply of JS:- JS Replied that that the matter will be examined and advised to O.F.Board accordingly.
Point No.4:- Name of Retired’s JWM’s should not be included in DPC List for promotion of JWM to AWM Post.
Reply of JS:- JS will direct O.F.Board that not to include Retired person’s name in DPC List.
Point No.5 : GS/Ndgbgoa raised that after merging of JWM post. JWM’s are still working as a plant Operator especially in A&E group of factory. Even though NDGBGOA Branch CFA had filed Court case in regard of JWM’s Nature of duties and hon’ble Chennai Cat was passed speaking order to informed applicant within 6 month but after completion of period neither
O.F.Board informed nor MoD,New Delhi.
Reply of JS:- JS replied that MOD will ask comments from O.F.Board and do needful action in this regard.
Point No. 6: To publish Seniority List of JWM (Tech) and JWM(Non Tech).
Reply of JS : JS replied that this matter will be asked to O.F.Board for publishing of Seniority List as early as
possible.
Point No.7: GS/ Ndgbgoa Requested JS(P&C) to arrange joint Meeting between O.F.Board and Group’B’ Association.
Reply of JS:- JS assured that MOD will arrange the joint meeting and inform the Assn accordingly.
Apart from above Hon’ble DGOF has given interview to this Association on 17-08-2013 and Association has given 16 points agenda for discussion. Meetings Minutes will published after 17-08-2013. Interested Members are requested to get down minutes from NDGBGOA Blog spot.com.
