Kindly make the membership drive in your branches and
get authorisation form duly filled by members which should be submitted to
respective factory management (ir / vigilance section) ON OR BEFORE 30th
APRIL positively.
After submitting to the factory management,
copy of the membership list (Name, Designation,Per.No.) should be sent to THE
SECRETARY(SECTION- I/R), O.F.BOARD, KOLKATA-1 either by Fax or Speed post.
Another copy of the member ship list to be send to The General Secretary,
NDGBGOA/CE in mail Id.(jaigopal_2010@rediffmail.com) or by Post to CE
Address.
All branch office bearers are requested
to make membership of JWM's & PS's in this year by effective
communication to the members regarding year long activities of NDGBGOA for the
cadre development like
i) Court Case at CAT,Chennai :1) Nature of work of JWM(Reply
awaited from OFB by end of April'2013).Dir/NG assured to CFA Branch, that the
reply has placed to higher authority for approval and same will be sent to the
branch by 30th April 2013.
2) Cadre review of JWM
ii) Court case at CAT,Jabalpur : Regarding Pay Fixation for
CM at (Rs.6500 x 1.86) & JWM (Rs. 7450 x 1.86).Final hearing of the case in
on 30th July'2013.
iii) Removal of Ministerial & Supervisory Cadre for JWM
has been taken up by CE with MOD/DP, The letter correspondence is
available in the blog.
iv) NDGBGOA is the only association which is seriously
thinking about the cadre as well as organizational interest for which it has
approached for legal action in CENTRAL ADMINSTRATION TRIBUNAL for all of the
cases and it will continue to fight for it.
This is the clear vision of our association.

IOFGOA IS MAKING PROPAGANDA AGAINST OUR
ASSOCIATION THAT OUR ASSOCIATION IS ILLIGALY ACTING AND MAKING DUAL MEMBERSHIP
IN THE BRANCHES.EVEN THEY ARE TELLING THAT OUR CE OFFICE BEARERS ARE JOINING IN
THEIR ASSN WHICH IS TOTALLY BASELESS. NDGBGOA IS IN FINAL STAGE OF
RECOGNISATION FOR WHICH OFB HAS ASKED THE MEMBERSHIP WITH NAME AND DESN FOR
CLARIFYING TO MOD.THE LETTER WAS ISSUED BY OFB ON 10TH APRIL 2013.
KINDLY TAKE CARE THAT YOUR FACTORY HAS SENT THE SAME TO OFB.KINDLY ASK QUESTION
TO THE IOFGOA PEOPLE THAT “IF OUR ASSN IS ILLIGAL THEN WHY OFB HAS ASKED ON 10TH
APRIL TO EACH FACTORY REGARDING MEMBERSHIP DETAILS OF NDGBGOA FOR RECOGNISATION?
NDGBGOA IS EXPECTED TO GET
RECOGNISATION VERY SOON. THE TRUTHFULNESS AND SINCERE EFFORT OF ALL THE BRANCH
OFFICE BEARERS COULD ACHIEVE MORE THAN 22% OF MEMBERSHIP WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME
(2012-13). WE ALL ARE GOING TO ACHIEVE MEMBERSHIP MORE THAN 35% IN THIS YEAR (2013-14).
HARD WORK OF ALL OF US WILL DEFINITELY GIVE FRUITFUL
RESULT. WE WILL REACH OUR GOAL VERY SOON WITHOUT FAIL.
