It is here by informed to
all the CE Office Bearers and CEC members that, the CEC meeting of our
Association has been scheduled to be held at Cordite
Factory Aruvankadu, The Nilgiris(OOTY), Tamil Nadu on 23rd and 24th
June-2017.
All the CEC members and Office bearers (CE)
are requested to attend the meeting without fail. The
inaugural session will be started at 1830
Hrs (Evening) on 23rd
June-2017 at CFA.
All
Office bearers/CEC Members are requested to plan their arrival at CFA Forenoon
of 23rd June 2017. All are requested to intimate their arrival, departure
and Accommodation to under mentioned office Bearers.

It is hereby informed to all the
Office bearers/CEC Members to bring levy from their respective Branches (those
have not paid levy for 2015-16) Rs. 25/- per Verified member to contribute towards CENTRAL EXECUTIVE as
per our Bye laws. All Branches are requested to Send Levy amount @Rs.25/- per
head in the NDGBGOA (CE) A/c no. 32465716278,SBI,J.Nagar for the period of 2014-15& 2015-2016.
All Office Bearers/CEC Members are
requested to forward Agenda points to the undersigned
on or before 18th June 2017 for discussion in the
meeting and extend their co-operation
for smooth conduction of above
